being me the opportunity to do what I love. I began playing in March 2012, and since then my interest has expanded beyond my belief. I love writing stories and telling them to my friends. It was because of their encouragement that I was able to. It began as just a collection of chapters in a blog, but eventually my story had "upgraded" to Youtube videos. I have yet to find anyone else on Youtube who has narrated their gameplay in a story format using real gameplay. I'm also starting to trying my hand with architecture. I'm hoping that my pursuit in actuarial science will land me a job at EA.

Every little girl plays dollhouse with their friends. For me, this was a way of coming to understand the world. Unlike static dolls, however, sims were dynamic and alive. For someone like me who was not familiar with 3D modeling tools, it was very intimidating to even dream about creating anything I would be satisfied with, much less proud of. Now I take a great sense of pride on being able to create unique and realistic facial sculpts of sims that even the most advanced user cannot create! In October 2011,I became a featured MTS creator http://www.modthesims.info/member.php?u=2144138

...giving me an amazing design platform to create virtual environments, whether realistic or or fantasy. When I work together with the Create-A-World Beta tool and with the game's building tools I can go for weeks and weeks building upon just one idea.

I really enjoy creating structures in the game that use complex architecture and innovative interior design. My family has watched me do this, and my 5 year tells me he wants to build me my dream house (in the game and in real life) someday. Even my 19 month old watches avidly. When a game can reveal to you a passion and talent that you might otherwise never have known you have and can give your children an early start in a great direction for their future careers, I call that inspiration!

The Sims 3 offered an excellent work place to begin 3 years ago. I didn't even know what I wanted to do with my life, I just knew I wanted to do something I enjoyed. I had seen others creating some type of sim machinima, but I never understood until I tried it myself. I soon begin to develop a skill within it.. until it became my pride-and-joy. I've now began to apply for film school to pursue my dream of becoming a director. That dream would have never existed if I had never gotten into Sims Machinima.. It's led me to my place in life as an aspiring director and I will always hold that memory

I've been a writer for as long as I can remember. Since I started playing The Sims when I was just 12, I've been a simmer for just as long. One of the many ways that The Sims inspires me is by allowing me to 'flesh out' my characters. Often, if I need to visualize what a character in one of my stories will look like, I'll create that character in The Sims. Then, I have that image to go back to, or even just hold in my head, at any point while I'm writing. It really helps me keep track of a character's image and, thanks to the 'traits' available, his or her attitude.

I've always had an intense love of art and design, as well as gaming, and The Sims has inspired me to pursue a career in character design for video games (as well as tattooing)! I had originally been interested in fashion design, when one day I realized that it wasn't the construction of the clothing I enjoyed; itâs the design! Also, that one of the reasons I love The Sims SO much, is making the Sims themselves. Whether itâs in gaming, my (future) career, or designing tattoos, I want to be able to have art in every part of my life, and The Sims has inspired me in ways that I may do so.

Shortly after the game was released, my sister convinced our mom to buy us the game, and my whole family ended up falling in love with it. Fast forward to today - my love for the Sims is still as strong as it was when we got the game all those years ago. The Sims series has brought me a lot of joy over the years. There really is no other game that could reach as wide of an audience and appeal to so many people. I decided to create this Sims inspired bag to share my love of the game with other Sims fans. The bag is made out of canvas, and has an embroidered plumbob design that I created myself.
